Representative James moved and asked unanimous consent that the                                     
House consider the Senate message (page 3830) on the following at                                   
this time:                                                                                          
                                                                                                    
    CS FOR HOUSE BILL NO. 389(CRA)                                                                  
    "An Act eliminating the delayed repeal of a provision authorizing                               
    an exemption from and deferral of municipal property taxes on                                   
    certain types of deteriorated property; and providing for an                                    
    effective date."

    SENATE CS FOR CS FOR HOUSE BILL NO. 389(RLS)                                                    
    "An Act changing the date of repeal of a provision authorizing an                               
    exemption from and deferral of municipal property taxes on

There being no objection, it was so ordered.                                                        
                                                                                                    
Representative James moved that the House concur in the Senate                                      
amendment to CSHB 389(CRA), thus adopting SCS CSHB 389(RLS),                                        
and recommended that the members vote yes.                                                          
                                                                                                    
The question being:  "Shall the House concur in the Senate                                          
amendment to CSHB 389(CRA)?"  The roll was taken with the

SCS CSHB 389(RLS) was referred to the Chief Clerk for enrollment.
